X-ray:



Homogenous opacity in left upper and mid zones of lung

-likely consolidation/mass

HRCT:




Lobar consolidation on left side involving left upper lobe and lingula with air bronchogram

No evidence of bronchus cutoff sign 

Fat planes between lesion and mediastinum is well preserved

Minimal ground glass opacities noted adjacent to the lesion in left apical region
